Jerlita week: Nerdy- Admit itJeremy stared with his mouth hanging slightly open, astonishment and surprise written all over his face.
"I did it!" Aelita exclaimed triumphantly, grinning widely.
"But… you… How?" Jeremy spluttered. His look of surprise was so comical, Aelita had to laugh.
Jeremy kept staring. No, this… this wasn't right. It was luck. Or, was it… a fluke, maybe, in his strategy? But… he had checked, and there were no flukes. No…
"You… you didn't!"
"Yes, I did, Jeremy. Admit it."
"But…" He stared once more. All the evidence was there. She had done it.
"Admit it," Aelita repeated tauntingly, obviously enjoJerlita week: Nerdy- Admit it by ~Adventurer411

JW: NerdyTime seemed to lose all meaning when Jeremie was kissing Aelita.

Somehow they ended up tangled together on the bed, and thinking about all the ways they touched was too overwhelming on top of the kissing, so Jeremie focused on the kissing. Her mouth was sweet, and every time her lips touched his it felt slightly different. He would never get tired of that or the pressure of her hips against his or the gentle movements of her hands along his back. Her chemistry book was poking him in the side, but really, he couldn't care less.

Then the door slammed open. Jeremie and Aelita jumped apart, but there was only so far apart you could go when yourJW: Nerdy by *SkysongMA

JW: XantheneSomehow, Aelita quickly became a part of every piece of Jeremie's life. He wasn't sure how it happened, but he wasn't about to complain. They didn't sit next to each other in classes—that was determined by last name—and he still ate by himself at lunch, but instead of spending most of his time in his bedroom, he found himself sitting with her. They studied together, usually, and joked about their schoolwork and plans to depose whichever one of them had the top rank in class this week.

He hung out with Odd and his friends more, too. Not on purpose, but because they hung around Aelita, and Aelita hung around Jeremie. He diJW: Xanthene by *SkysongMA

Jeremy slammed his fist down on the desk for the fourth time that evening as the symbol he had come to know and hate flashed on the screen: the dreaded red exclamation mark.
The day had started so well, but had only dwindled down to gloomy: He had actually gone to breakfast this time, and had worked straight through gym. He had an enjoyable conversation with Aelita, in which he explained the concept and points of food. The materialization program had been launched, and launched, and had failed. Jeremy's hope disappeared slowly, along with the sunlight as night fell. It was 11:36pm; lights out had been hours ago. Right now, theLucubrate: Jerlita week by ~Adventurer411

JW: RedolenceUlrich's car was beat-up and used, but also well cared-for: it had a fresh paint job and a gleaming new stereo system. Ulrich and Yumi sat in the front, talking in low voices as Ulrich drove; Jeremie, Aelita, and Odd had to squish into the back, Aelita tucked between them. Jeremie might not have been happy about this if Odd had tried to dominate things like before. But he had his cheek pressed against the window, humming another one of his own songs at the top of his lungs.

Anyway, Aelita was holding his hand, and she hadn't once looked at Odd since they got in the car. She leaned close to him so their cheeks almost touched and whispered, "SJW: Redolence by *SkysongMA

Jerlita Week 3: RedolenceAelita sneezed as she was doing her homework. She wrapped herself tighter in a sweatshirt Jeremie lent her as she had no warm clothes herself. It was made of blue, thick fleece. Jeremie assured her it was warm and comfortable, and indeed it was.
Soon Aelita discovered its another feature as she covered her face in its hood. She felt faint scent of warm body and lavender, wind and sour sweat. A scent of intimacy she still was afraid to reach for, but also the feeling of being taken good care of.

Jerlita Week 3: Lucubrate by ~memoire-blanche

JW: LucubrateJeremie's room was a nice place. It was empty of personality, but that was true of all dorm rooms, no matter how hard their inhabitants might try to hide it. But it was cozy, usually lit only by the glow of his computer screen or the little booklight he kept clipped to the backboard of his bed. In here, Jeremie was always alone, so things always made sense. He understood himself; the rest of the world was the confusing part. Here, he could always count on things to be calm, collected, and, most importantly, quiet.

When the door banged open with a crash he was sure everyone else on his floor could hear, he was understandably flustered. He felJW: Lucubrate by *SkysongMA

JW: DecolleteAelita Stones had pink hair and wore sweatshirts with bouncy pink puffballs on them. She liked music and dancing, and you could tell because no matter how her day went, she always moved in waltz time—one-two-three, one-two-three. She sat by herself and didn't talk much to the other kids at Kadic, but it was a solitary lifestyle born entirely of choice. Everyone, even bratty Sissi Delmas, liked her.

Jeremie was in love with her, but he didn't think she would ever notice.

Not that anyone ever noticed him. Jeremie was good with computers and at math, but he couldn't swim or play soccer, and that was all anyone ever seemed to do. He had a JW: Decollete by *SkysongMA

JW: EffloresceJeremie tried very hard not to think about his conversation with Aelita, but it was difficult, because his only usual way to distract himself had been taken away. He couldn't test his game or think of new monsters because that all led him back to her. He found himself scrolling through the list of registered players, looking for any names that reminded him of her, but most people chose not to make an actual account (you only needed it for the forum, after all, and that was tiny).

And it wasn't like he knew her very well, after all. That was somehow the most irritating part. He tried to do homework, but all he had left was Chemistry, and ChemJW: Effloresce by *SkysongMA

EffloresceJeremie had seen Aelita blossom from her time on earth. It was truly amazing. He never thought this girl could be more perfect, but she seemed to become more beautiful and more darling every day.

Today they were sitting alone in his room, collaboratively working on designing a ship to assist them in plunging into the depths of the digital sea. Jeremie pecked away at his keys as he worked on the coding. He heard the click of Aelita's laptop shutting, and spun around in his chair to face her.

Aelita yawned adorably and leaned against the wall his bed was pressed up against. Jeremie saved his progress and went over to sit next to her. She turnEffloresce by ~that-witch-bitch

JW: IntrepidityJeremie was, in general, afraid of everything. Not like some people were afraid of spiders or heights. Just… quietly, because he didn't do anything loudly. He worried about nuclear war and the meaning of life. Having to dive off the high board and Portugese Man-o-wars. Would a comet strike earth and cause another ice age? Would he get head lice or foot fungus from using the communal showers after gym?

As such, he never ventured far from Kadic's reassuring brick buildings. You couldn't get a decent wireless connection out in the forest, after all, and the only reason most boys his age went out there was to find a good spot to kiss their JW: Intrepidity by *SkysongMA

DecolleteFor Jeremie and Aelita, school felt even more dull and boring than usual as they daydreamed about their date later that evening, but eventually the school day did end. Jeremie and Aelita said a shy goodbye before Aelita scurried back to her dorm in anticipation of Yumi's arrival. Aelita didn't have to wait long; Yumi was a little bit earlier than she'd expected her to be.

Yumi entered without any warning other than sing-songing, "knock, knock!" as she walked through the door.

"Hey Yumi," Aelita smiled. She then noticed the bag that was slung over Yumi's shoulder. "What's that?" she asked curiously, gesturing to the satchel.
